Wet felting is a technique of getting strong warm material from wool by using soapy water and manual friction. Essentially it consists or four stages: laying the fibers out, wetting them, felting and fulling. After that the pieces must be laid down to dry naturally. I use my lanai to dry the pieces in the sun. It took me two hours to make the crystal brooch and five to make the scarf.

I am very happy to start my classes at Bead Abode, Sarasota. They are scheduled for the second Monday of each month, from 2:00pm to 5:00pm.
July 10th "Easy Bling Bracelet". This piece can be finished during the class and I will be leading you step by step through the end to make sure it will be finished nicely. Very nicely! The materials are available at the store, where Kirsten Boyer will assist you on choosing the right ones. Can't wait to see you there. "Beading jewelry and good thoughts work together". God bless! https://www.beadabode.com/
